New improved interface that works well on any sized monitor.
It is now fully compatible with Windows Vista.
You can now copy customers, estimates and invoices to QuickBooks Pro with one
click of a button.
There is a completely new scheduling calendar. The new calendar allows you to
even schedule multiple visits at different days for the same property.
You can now schedule visits at any interval using days, weeks, months or years.
Not only can you schedule mowing every few days, etc you can schedule those
tasks you only do 3 or 4 times a year as well!
You can now set a start and end time for visits. This is great for tracking how
long it’s taking you on jobs to see if you are making or losing money.
You can use the new calendar to schedule or record anything you want.
You can now enter historical data in the calendar. (You can go back and enter
your past visits.)
There's a completely new letter writer.
You can now email letters just like invoices and estimates.
All reports are now viewed and printed instantly from within LawnPro. No more
external PDF program.
Contract text can now be formatted.
New email engine that is faster and more reliable.
LawnPro automatically opens your data file when it opens.
New “record scroll” buttons have been added to the Customer, Estimate, Invoice
and Contract edit screens. This means that you can move through your customer,
property, invoice and estimate records without closing the edit screen and going
back to the list screen.
New Save & New buttons have been added to the Customer, Estimate, Invoice and
Contract edit screens. This lets you quickly add new records with having to go
back to the main list screen.
You can rearrange the “Who To Mow Today” list, the order is automatically saved
so that if you close the screen and come back, they will be in the same order.
This is great to put your customers in the order in which you mow them.
You can now delay any visits directly on the “Who To Mow Today” screen.
You can now setup a custom message that will be printed on invoices and/or
estimates. The message can be any length and can be formatted. You can also
automatically include the customer’s name, address, etc which allows you to
personalize the message.
There is a new data maintenance feature that lets you delete old data from your
file. For instance at the end of a year, you can delete everything except your
customers so you can start a new year fresh.
If you insert subtotals in an invoice, estimate or contract, the subtotal values
are displayed on the screen and not just when you print.
The mow list printout has been redesigned and now allows you to check off the
visits as they are completed.
You can easily save invoices and reports etc. as PDF files or image files.
Choose to show or not show past due amounts on invoices.
