How To Setup A New Monthly (no contract) Customer
Setting up a monthly (no contract) customer in LawnPro 3.

1. Double-click on 'Manage Customers & Properties' on the main menu screen.
2. Click on the 'Add New Customer' button.
3. Fill in the customer information and click the 'Save' button.
4. While still on the same screen, click the 'Add New Property' button.
5. Fill in the property description and address.
6. In the schedule area, add a new property visit entry.
7. Set the date to the date of the first visit .
8. Enter a title.
9. Choose 'Property Visit' as the Type.
10. Select the Start and end times.
11. Check the 'Repeat' box and set the repeat interval.
12. In the Description field, enter a description of the services. This will be used when generating invoices.
13. Optionaly choose a crew.
14. Enter the costs per visit for the service. This will be used when generating invoices.
15. Click on the 'Add New' button to add another item to the schedule area for the invoice reminder.
16. Choose the date of the next invoice.
17. Enter a title and optionally a description.
18. Make sure to select 'Invoice Reminder' as the Type.
19. Check the 'Repeat' box and set the repeat interval to every 1 month.
20. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen.
