Applying a Payment to an Invoice.

Alright, in this video, we’re going to show you how to apply a payment to an invoice in LawnPro.

From the main screen we want to click on manage invoice payments and this pops up the invoice payments page.
Select the invoice you want to pay and it will show you the invoice total, the amount that’s been paid, and a balance. For example, this one the invoice total is thirty-five dollars. Nothing has been paid, the balance is thirty-five dollars.
So we’re going to have the date the payment was made and we’re going to put the amount of the payment and you can put notes or you can put a description (I usually just leave them blank).
Click “save payment” and it will remove that from the unpaid invoice list. If you want to go down here and view you can view paid invoices and you’ll see the invoice I just paid is marked as paid, and that’s all there is to applying payments to invoices in LawnPro.
